Salt Spring Island is world renowned as much for its natural beauty as for its many interesting, curious and talented citizens. CFSI does more than simply represent the island community, we are already integral parts of that community.

CFSI Radio is the cultural crossroads of Salt Spring Island: the meeting place of both old and new broadcasters from every walk of island life.

Behind our on-air programmers is a team of volunteer support staff providing training for new recruits, as well as professional and technical expertise.

CFSI is privately owned by Salt Spring Radio Corporation, managed by a small team of employees, operating as a volunteer-programmed community radio station.
